On Tuesday, 17 November 2020, Green Cloud Engineers will be performing infrastructure upgrades to the IaaS clusters in our ATL datacenter during regularly scheduled maintenance hours of 0:00 AM to 05:00 AM Eastern Time.
Subsequently in the 5 business days that follow, the IaaS hosts will be upgraded in place. There will be no downtime during this maintenance process as we upgrade our infrastructure.
This initial upgrade can disrupt access to the ATL IaaaS Cloud portal during the first two hours. It will not affect any guest VMs running in the cluster during or after the maintenance, or access in the subsequent time period.
