Summary: 11:11 Engineering will be upgrading the underlying Cisco UCS infrastructure that supports the 11:11 Cloud and 11:11 Secure Cloud environments. This proactive maintenance will address several known issues and enable enhanced functionality.

Impact: We expect customer impact to be minimal. However, all maintenances do have an innate risk associated with them. In the event of an unexpected impact 11:11 engineering will provide updates and further information.

Customer Action: There is no action required. All services will resume as normal at the end of the maintenance window.
