Green Cloud will be performing firmware upgrades on customer colocation switches in our Atlanta datacenter. To minimize impact, Green Cloud will be upgrading and reloading each redundant switch separately. Customers that have colocated equipment in Atlanta with redundant connectivity to our infrastructure will experience no impact aside from one of the links going down, but customers that don't have redundant connections will experience a brief downtime event during the reboot process. Green Cloud will be reaching out via our ticketing system to ensure that non-redundant customers are aware of possible impact to service.
